We do not offer shipping at this time.  Our products are avaible in store,   local delivery is available for bulk orders and specialty items.

In the event that you need to exchange a purchased item, please review our exchange-only policy outlined below:

 

Eligibility for Exchange:     Exchanges are only accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt.

 

Non-Exchangeable Items:   Perishable goods, specified grooming products, personalized items and final sale items are not eligible for exchange. Any items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse will not be accepted.

 

Process for Exchanges: To initiate an exchange, please visit us with the original receipt. Our staff will inspect the item to ensure it meets the exchange criteria. If eligible, you may choose a replacement item of equal or lesser value.

 

No Refunds: Our policy strictly allows for exchanges only; we do not provide refunds.

 

Exchanges for Services:  In the case of services, such as grooming or boarding, exchanges will be considered based on the circumstances and availability.

 

Exceptions: Managerial discretion may be applied in certain cases to address unique circumstances.

 

Notification of Defects: If you believe the item is defective, please notify us promptly. Defective items may be subject to manufacturer warranty procedures.
